LAANE is dedicated to ensuring that people of all backgrounds have an equal say in our democracy and an equal chance in our economy.  Through organizing of individuals and coalitions, research, and advocacy, LAANE engages in projects that will build power to win good jobs, thriving communities, racial equity, and a healthy environment.
